Nayagarh District Central Co-operative Bank (Nayagarh DCCB) began its journey on June 1, 1916 with a working capital of ₹10,000 and seven affiliated societies. In 1956, it merged with the Nayagarh Central Co-operative Bank, operating with a share capital of ₹3.29 lakh and deposits of ₹7.76 lakh (1956-57).
