Over more than a century, the Bank has worked closely with PACS, farmers, self-help groups and local businesses to nurture co-operative credit in Nayagarh. Each decade has added new responsibilities: from crop finance and rural savings to digital payments and inclusive banking.

Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies (PACS) were gradually organised across the region to extend crop credit and input support right at the village level.
Nayagarh Central Co-operative Bank was amalgamated with Nayagarh C.C.B. Around this period share capital reached about ₹3.29 lakh and deposits ₹7.76 lakh.
Stronger focus on crop loans, Kisan Credit Card-type products and credit linkage for small and marginal farmers, SHGs and rural artisans.
